I used them a few years ago, but due to me having pretty bad "Chronic Fatigue Syndrome"/Fibromyalgia (Its a Lot like Alzheimers), and they were pretty good & keen then, but I'm 60 now & I'm having to have treatment with them.
The dentist I'm seeing is adorable :) very charming, could talk the hind leg off a donkey & very keen & professional who obviously loves their job & takes it very seriously:) The desk & reception staff are very good & polite & genuinely friendly,too.
I'm very unwell but their pretty good at understanding & rembering it,which is absolutely unheard of in the rest of the NHS.

If calling out of hours and the problem is extremely severe please contact the out of hours service through NHS111.
If your dental problem includes uncontrolled bleeding and a swelling that is causing breathing problems this is an emergency and you should go to A&E.
Any patient who is unwell or has Covid symptoms may be asked to postpone their dental appointment, and are asked to call the dental surgery to check.
